I’ve had an excellent experience with Novant Health South End Primary Care and Dr. Patel’s team. Dr. Patel is thorough, attentive, and easy to talk with, and I’ve been very pleased with the care I’ve received.
Most recently, there were some complicated issues involving insurance coverage and getting a couple of prescriptions filled. None of those problems were caused by Dr. Patel or her staff, but they were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process and continued working with me until everything was completely resolved.

I have been with Novant for alot of years BUT this location is by far one of the BEST. Nadirah Keith is so gently in hard conversations with a smile. I am blessed to have find this team.
This office is top tier!! From the smiles at the front desk especially Stephen (an angel ☺️)😀 and Kayla 😄 I mean the best of the best!! The overall staff gets 20 across the board!!! I would walk a thousand miles to be seen at South End!!
