Customer service today was Immaculate on my hardest day of my time I had a lot of hurt today and today the customer service with employees was about the best I've ever seen. Okay, there is good and bad. No issue getting from Asheville to Charlotte. Got to the blue parking garage that connects to nothing. Went up four floors to go down four floors. Finally figured out how to get to entrance. Finding anything in this place may as well have been everything painted white. I was given directions so fast that I couldn't remember squat. Everyone was really nice, especially in radiology, which I rarely find in a hospital. Instructions for diet prior to appt were drastically different than what I was sent in a text message link. I was really surprised that there was parking. Thankfully, they validate parking. Complimentary water is a nice touch....read full review
I recently had a one day surgery scheduled here and I mean my experience was extremely different from novant healthcare. My nursing staff was pleasant and very genuine with taking care of me, my wife was kept in the loop during my procedure and the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and nursing staff was amazing I mean I can’t say enough about my experience here!??
