While most experiences are positive, some patients noted that the dilation drops can last several hours, which they found less favorable compared to other clinics.
Dr Cao is an absolute gem. Her technician was also very sweet and patient, I don't remember his name. Dr Cao was so thorough and asked before leaving if I had any other questions. It's rare these days to get a Dr who actually listens and doesn't make you feel rushed.
My visit with Kimberly Cao checked all the boxes. She was thorough, she answered all my questions, I didn’t have a long wait and feel confident that I received the best care. I’ve recommend Dr. Cao to all my family and friends and will definitely be back next year.
What a welcome extended to me upon entering. It is delightful to experience kind people working in an environment dealing with one of our most precious assets, our eye sight. I was going in to have my sight observed by the very kind and resourceful lady doctor. She and her attendent did a very professional job administering the eye sight tests and relevant questions and procedures. I truly felt as though I was with well known people. Their demeanor was well focused and people skills mastered. I usually am at Metrolina to see Dr. Blotnick so being seen by his colleagues was well in single in excellence I have come to know.
