I had the most amazing experience today at the doctor's. It started with Gabby's pleasant and welcoming greeting as soon as I entered the door. She made sure that I was seen immediately for my appointment and even remembered small details from my previous visit. I went on to have a great checkup with my doctor, as always; however, this time I needed some extra paper work done for my job, and I was introduced to Maria. Talk about being on point! She was already so well informed about what I needed, but she took it even further and found a detail that even I had missed, which was related to my specific issue. I was so impressed. Very poor customer service. Phone rings constantly and no one answers. Very antiquated system. Tried to get a receipt for my flex spending and was told the billing representative is on vacation this month.

I've got to find another family doctor ASAP. I just moved to the area last year. Everytime I call I'm on hold for 15-30 min before speaking to anyone. A visit as simple as a sports physical takes them over 2 hours to complete & that's after they put you in a room. The nurse could barely speak or understand proper english at all. I asked her how much longer is the wait time (after waiting in the back for almost an hour for the doctor) and she started reading me the info from my daughter's chart, smh.
