**WARNING!** If I could give this company negative five stars, I would do it. I hired Mark Kinney Plumbing Heating & Air to simply install a new HVAC system in my brand new home with all of the ductwork already ran. In all of my 40 years working in mechanical engineer field, and building houses, I've NEVER had a contractor this bad. First off, I told him what my budget was, and he said he thought he could do it for that. When he "almost" finished (he ever finished) the installation, he handed me a bill that was MORE than double what we agree on. But given the time he spent, I didn't argue with it, I paid it. My garbage disposal starting leaking for a few weeks now and I decided to get a replacement. Mark Kinney was the first number I called since I usually go on craigslist for my references and he was the first of second choice because of his ad. I called him and he picked up right away. He answered all of my concerns about the type of disposal I currently had and what I needed. I told him I'd call him back once I got my spouses opinion on what to do next. Next thing I know, Mark texts me back after i sent him pics of my current plumbing issue and he tells me upfront possible cost of the item, how long it may take for the install and removal, and cost for labor.
