This was my first time booking & I’ll definitely be back! I moved to Charlotte from Atlanta and had always had the same barber for years because I’m so particular. Jessie had great customer service and made sure before I got out the chair everything was to my liking! Also have to note before he started he made sure he understood exactly what I wanted.
Jessie was great, very detailed, asked me questions before jumping in so he really figured out what I wanted. Good guy as well - perfect mix of friendly environment but not over talking either.
Second time here, both times I leave feeling like a whole new person! I looked up good Barbers for African Americans, and he was the first to pop up. The money is well spent, and very affordable for the care Mr. Jessie puts into his work. He has a website and an app you can book through. I bookc through the app, and it’s an easy and simple process. Mr. Jessie is very charismatic and will have a conversation with you if your energy invites it. I will definitely be back annually! This is my new go to barber.
