I just want to say that I travel a lot for work and rarely ever write reviews so this spot is a must must must.I managed to snag a last minute appointment here after work sent me to Charlotte without warning and the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. My nail artist Yang was proficiently skilled & was also very patient with my indecisiveness even when they were busy without sacrificing customer service. It was very impressive. The salon stations were clean & organized, vibes were high, and my nails look amazing. Definitely coming back here the next time work sends me here and telling all my colleagues about this place. Thank you Yang!

Always have a wonderful experience at J’Adore!Michelle is amazing - especially at dip with tips and chrome! She’s so kind and detailed, and always makes sure you like your length and color. 10/10 recommend if you’re in Uptown Charlotte!
