From the moment I received appointment confirmation, every aspect of the service was exemplary. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless.
Finally, and most importantly, the massage itself was exceptional. The therapist demonstrated excellent communication skills by asking pertinent questions and subsequently delivering on their stated intentions. The pressure applied was consistently appropriate throughout the session. I believe I have discovered a new preferred establishment for my therapeutic needs.
Crystal gave an amazing hot stone massage. Highly recommend coming here if you need to rejuvenate and relax. Will definitely be booking another appointment when in Charlotte again.
