Manny is amazing. I called him regarding my rental property needing repairs and paint work. He went above and beyond. His prices were excellent. I'm Ina different state now. He was communicative and reassuring. I have since recommended him to the surrounding neighborhors and would to anyone. Manny came as a recommendation from my realtor as a contractor who could put the finishing touches on my house prior to photos and listing. Over the course of four days he and his helper did a fantastic job fixing all the issues in my house. Primarily wall repair and painting but also caulking and other finishing work. My house looks better than new now! I can’t recommend Manny enough. He is highly responsive over text and went above and beyond to make my house ready for market. Thanks Manny and Brian!
