Waited for over an hour for an appointment. Had to leave because I had other commitments for the rest of the afternoon. I wish I checked the reviews earlier because this is a common complaint. They're trying to maximize profit at a cost to customer service. I'm going to find another place.

My dr was Hazem M. El-Gamal. He had excellent bedside manner but did not think my new mole with different colors and itch was a melanoma. We removed it anyways and it was stage 1. I had 2 full body checks and i do not remember him using a magnifying lense at all. I just saw a new dermatologist and she immediately removed 2 more suspicious moles that were there during my checks with dr el gamal. One was 1 step below melanoma and i just had a fuller excision today for that one. Unfortunately i can not recommend him for skin checks if melanoma is a concern of yours.

Ronald Rodriguez, PA is beyond wonderful! I can’t stress how wonderful of an experience today was. Wonderful staff and wonderful PA! I won’t go any place else! Highly recommend Mr. Rodriguez!
