Great experience with Daniel Hefner plumbing! I had a running toilet and had another company come out to "fix it". Whatever that plumber did, their fix did not last. So I called Daniel Hefner plumbing, they sent someone out right away, took the time to diagnose the problem, figured out it was a seal that had a bend in it, and replaced the seal. No more running toilet. Very happy with their service and will use them for all my plumbing needs going forward.
This company went WAY above normal customer service standards to help me through a very unusual situation of getting not one, but TWO hot water heaters from Lowe's with the same factory defect. Chris from Hefner was so supportive during this stressful two month ordeal navigating through the warranty options etc. I ended up with a third unit purchased directly from Hefners which solved all my problems.
