A + Rooter

I live in THE MADISON apartment complex. In Charlotte NC A+ROOTER was here to fix a busted water pipe that runs under our parking lot. Yes it took them a few hours, but I could tell it definitely wasn’t the easiest job. They had to use a jackhammer and a bunch of other tools that take physical strength! They worked hard and completed the job as soon as possible so that everyone would have our water back on! I’m huge on TEAMWORK! A+ROOTER showed that! Yes the team had do a big job, but I heard them having fun and helping each other out. I spoke with SIR Martin the team leader. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend A+ROOTER!!!!!

I had a great experience with A Plus Rooter! The team was professional, responsive, and got the plumbing issue taken care of quickly. The office staff made everything easy from start to finish. A special thank you to Imalay for being so friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the process. Excellent customer service and quality work. I highly recommend A Plus Rooter for any plumbing needs!

Jose and Nelson are awesome! They fixed a serious issue with my HVAC 3/27/26 that I've been suffering with trying to have maintenance fix for 8 months at my complex. Thank you guys!
