I’ve been going to Creative Nails for the past 3 years. Ever since they have been under new management the quality has gone way down and the prices have increased. Very disappointed on how this use to be my favorite hidden gem in Charlotte to never waiting to return.Services: Pedicures

I have been to Creative Nails twice now and had a great experience each time. Both times they did an incredible job of spending plenty of time on my nails and massage despite how busy it was. Both times I made an appointment so I would recommend that since they seem to be popular. They were kind but also allowed me to relax with their wonderful massage, chairs and calm music. They also are taking cleaning and separation precautions during the pandemic. I highly recommend this nail salon and I will definitely be coming back!Services: Dip powder

Stopped in because I was in the area and I used to come here years ago when I did yoga at the studio near by. My first technician didn't understand what I was saying...so I was assited by another... I like designs on my toes.. not too many knew how to design and I thought my technician would be able to complete the design... I couldn't wait for another technician...time to go. Not too much along the lines of social distancing.. like other salons... I looked up and someone sat in the chair next to me. Not 2 chairs down as in other salons... double time to go. The service was fine... just missing the old touch of the technicians that did it all.Service: Pedicures
