Great team of professionals. They helped us with the design criteria, overall project budgeting and install. I've been in the Commercial/Healthcare business my whole career and have been very impressed with their office and field staff. I'd trust them trust them to do any size mechanical work in our facilities.
Our heat stopped working suddenly on a Sunday, and we were struggling to find a company that could help before Friday. Thankfully, we got in touch with the owner, Paul, who arranged for someone to come out within 24 hours. Drake, the technician, stood out right away with his excellent communication skills. He quickly identified and fixed the problem and went the extra mile by inspecting all our units. During his check, he discovered a small issue with our upstairs furnace that could have caused bigger problems later.
