Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always smiling.Dr Parsons is a consummate professional, he explains the procedure first before he does anything in your mouth. He is patient, understanding and has a great personality.All areas of the facility are clean and well kept including the parking lot.I have always been a nervous dental patient and I've never been more at ease during a procedure.I highly recommend Dr Parsons practice, you couldn't put yourself in better hands.

Very detailed post OP instructions were explained to me. Dr. Parsons put me at ease with absolutely "zero pain" experienced during extraction of tooth # 16, upper molar. Also, zero pain and no swelling in post OP. Dr. Parsons and his staff are awesome in what they do best!

Check in was near perfect. I was in the procedure room almost immediately. Amy went over all post surgery instructions very thoroughly and made sure I understood. Dr Parsons was very solicitous and asked me several times during the procedure if I was doing okay. The procedure went very smoothly and I was in and out in an hour and a half, which was faster than I expected. Dr Parsons was very professional. When I checked out, Andrea was very helpful and asked if I had any other questions. Overall it was a very good experience, especially considering the procedure I had.
