We could not be more pleased with our experience with Custom Restoration and our bathroom remediation! As soon as we alerted them to our water issue, the team was out immediately, had the issue contained and helped us navigate the process with our insurance. Everything was done in a timely manner, the team showed up as promised, every time and if there was anything that was delayed (such as materials) we were made aware. Despite supply issues, our bathroom was completed in the timeline promised. The team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and did a superb job.
