Had a mother’s gift and got a massage and the staff were absolutely amazing . Christina at the front desk was awesome. It was my first time and she was absolutely awesome. Now Jessie the massage therapist was amazing. Hands given to her from the heavens . Bonnie was also great. I couldn’t be more pleased and will be returning. Thank you ladies for an amazing experience.
Service was amazing. The space is very small. Patrons change in the singular bathroom so you could wait 10 minutes in the lobby in the bathroom while someone gets dressed. The lobby is very nice but again, very small. There is a rooftop patio with amazing views that you can utilize while you wait.
Beautiful spa. My massage therapist was amazing - it was a great quality massage. I was not offered a robe or anything but other people seemed to get that. They did offer a drink before and champagne after. Biggest concern was a 20% “service fee” which they said was the only money the massage therapist made, and then they also asked for a tip. So in summary the 80 minute massage that was supposed to be $289 cost $346. They need to make the cost more clear. Also, it was supposed to be an 80 minute massage but the actual massage time was closer to 60.
