Rod, ahhhhh what to say, when it comes to phone calls to this wound care office in university, this person was personable, efficient, And didn’t sound forcibly monotoned. (There is no enthusiasm. not that I expect any on the phone anyways but it’s just so bleak when I call usually) One of the most pleasant experiences on the phone to wound care I’ve ever had! He even gave me information if my insurance ride didn’t come through, in future. Have experienced in this Office has been polite, but they weren’t as helpful and outgoing as this person was. Definitely a keeper! Thank you for helping me on the phone. I am a patient here. Happy new year 2025:)

Absolutely wonderful staff from receptionist to nurse to doctor. WOW. Had melanoma removed with few instructions for care. Went to this center and was given detailed information as well as demonstration to treat at home. Jeff Hale is a superstar. Medical supplies arrived next day. Thanks to all.

Excellent staff including physician. Very patient and explained every thing to me. Gave me information on nutrition as well. Physician was reassuring and gentle. Every staff including front desk knew about wound healing process. Able to accomate all my needs at my initial visit. I am extremely impressed with overall care!
