I have had lower back problems for over a year then my chiropractor on the first floor said I had oischial bursitis to see Jeff upstairs. I have seen him 3 times so far, now between his awesome massages and exercises he gave me my pain is way down. I can walk my dog longer. I will never ever see anyone else.

Very nice people, Theresa and Jeff are such a dynamic duo!! Theresa gave me an AMAZING massage...not only relaxing but also addressing areas I have issues in and always respectful of my being modest....it was so relaxing that I kept my eyes closed the entire time and just had full trust...her hands knew where the knots were in my muscles and she lossened them, even in areas that I didn't know were issues, like my under neck/above breast area in my chest...AMAZEBALLS!! 🧘‍♀ also, she gave me exercises to follow up with 🙏

I’ve had ongoing lower back stiffness and discomfort for a while, mostly from sitting too much. The therapist focused exactly where I needed it with firm, targeted pressure and some gentle stretching. Nothing over-the-top, just steady, skilled work that got right into the tight spots.

When I stood up, the usual ache was noticeably reduced.

Quiet, professional, no fuss, highly recommend if your lower back has been bothering you. I’ll definitely be back.
