It is always such a delight to acknowledge a company’s superb service and workmanship. Will Johnson Building Company (Chapel Hill, NC) is one. Our 20-year-old home, bought from two prior owners, has had several major deficiencies needing repair. The most recent was a major air duct that had never been properly insulated. We initially believed water was leaking in from an upper floor window to the ceiling below. The company, as always, responded quickly, and the foreman, Mike Blankenstein, immediately suspected something quite different. Within a short time, the ceiling was opened, disclosing the full extent of the damage. We have so many points of praise for the company.... read full review
