UNC Hospitals

I went into the hospital 8 days ago. I was admitted to Local hospital first and I advised local hospital that due to me being a UNC employee I wanted to go UNC chapel Hill due to facing heart trouble. Once local hospital got me accepted and bed opened up at 2030 last Saturday night I left local hospital coming here. When I got to my room nurses already had my information and told the game plan and stuck to. Later I was moved to 3 Anderson for stricter monitoring due to my condition and the staff over here have been nothing short of excellent. I’ve been to this hospital 3 times within the past 5 months, and each time was amazing.1st time (early November of 2023) - Went in because I thought I went into labor. I wasn’t, but the staff were super kind and considerate and catered to me so well.2nd time (11/23/2023-11/26/2023) - Went in for an elective induction where I received phenomenal care and so did my husband and son.3rd time (3/12/2024) - Went to the ED due to an injury that my son sustained. I really like this hospital a lot. Everything was really great the few times that I went there with my wife. All of the medical staff were very kind and respectful to her. She was extremely scared about being there because she had a cancer scare, which luckily she didn't have.The financial navigator is my problem. My wife went to his office both times she had to go to the hospital. Both times was very rude and disrespectful to her. My wife is very soft spoken and polite. This guy cut her off multiple times while she was trying to explain things to him. He was talking to her very loudly almost yelling even though the office is the size of a small walk-in closet.
