Today I went here as I had made a appointment with the ulta durham location but they were not able to accommodate my schedule no biggy they handled everything with getting me scheduled with Ms Sarah at the chapel hill location when I first walked through the door i was greeted right away when I came back to the salon area Sarah greeted me right away and was the sweetest soul from start to finish I felt so comfortable in her chair and as someone with damaged bleach blonde hair it's so hard to find someone to make you feel comfortable and let's you leave confident I can't wait to go back and see Sarah from cut to bleach to toner I'm very happy

I went to Ulta to find my foundation match and Nina was absolutely wonderful. She was super helpful in finding both the high and low-end products and did not discriminate or try to up the price for me at all. She was very knowledgable, friendly, easy to talk to and answered all my beginner questions about makeup. She was definitely my beauty advisor.

Antoinette is an amazing employee! She took her time color matching me and didn’t rush through it. Very sweet and we had a good conversation! Super knowledgeable about all of the store’s products!
