I had my first appointment with Triangle Acupuncture today and was totally pleased with the experience. Chris really took time to assess my problem areas before the session. I found the session to be informative, helpful and relaxing. I recommend Triangle Acupuncture for all of these reasons.
So knowledgeable, kind and patient- willing to listen and adjust according to how I was feeling. So happy to have found this practice. I have seen Katherine and Chris and I really am astounded at how professional, considerate and talented both are.
I originally started acupuncture here because my cholesterol was high and my doctor wanted to put me on a statin right away. However, after seeing Ning for just over a month, I was able to lower my cholesterol and not need the medicine. Ning is able to pinpoint exactly what I need at every session and prepare appropriate and proper herbs. She listens and knows exactly what to do each time and is honestly the most helpful practitioner I've been to. I have a lot of digestive and stress issues as well that she is able to treat in each session as well as with recommendations outside of the sessions. I can't praise her highly enough.
