Beware incompetent front desk staff. They cancelled my appointment the DAY OF because of their own clerical error. I didn’t get the memo until I turned up. Then they could not find a time to reschedule me…the receptionist even took another phone call and tried to schedule another patient before finalizing a reschedule of my own appt. I was originally booked for a physical with the expectation that I could schedule fasting labs while at my appt (this was confirmed by the untrained staffer I spoke to originally), only to find out when I turned up for my now-cancelled appointment that I WOULD NOT have had a physical done, but instead would have just had a “new patient... read full review

Take down this old info. It is confusing. I drove to the wrong place because this old info is still here. Left this practice due to poor admin staff and trouble managing records. Bunch of unprofessional people run this place. Don't trust them. Immature man working the front desk called me the wrong name, then they gave me records without checking my ID. Don't trust them!!!!

Compassionate and genuinely caring doctors nurses and clinical staff. I have seen here for nearly three years and there isn't a better provider in the triangle.
