I recommend Cratsman Direct and Lee Smoak without reservations. Lee has been so wonderful to work with. He's done 2 projects for my home, fix, replacing and painting several rotten spots on my home. Lee taught me so many things. The jobs were done beautifully and he explained so many things for me to know regarding homeownership. I plan on having my deck redone by Cratsman Direct and eventually have some interior work done too. So glad to have Lee to call for my home needs!
Highly recommend Craftsman Direct if you're looking to fix only what needs fixing and spend only what you need to spend. Lee will let you know of serious problems if they are there though!
My wife and I had some money come in a couple years back, and with some of that we wanted to potentially replace all our siding with vinyl since we had some spots with rot. We have masonite which we constantly hear how bad it is. We contacted a few different people and were quoted about $20,000 for a full siding replacement.

The most honest handyman around. Any other contractor would have tried to sell us an entire new bathroom. We aren't ready for a full bathroom remodel but had some broken and loose shower tiles. Lee was amazing with confirming there was no water damage, and just fixing what was broken so we can keep saving up for a big remodel.
