I have been a patient for over 30 years. First with Jeffrey Furman and now with Jessica Burgert. The continuity of care was impeccable. I feel heard and seen. My voice matters here. The office staff is very professional and extremely efficient. I will be there as long as they will have me! Brava!

My husband and I, in our senior years, both want to age with gusto rather than just grace. Dr. Burgert has been and continues to be incredible in her competence, compassion, and conscientiousness in helping us live our best lives. She leaves no stone unturned in addressing our symptoms in a timely and respectful way, always treating us with dignity and kindness. I've been with this practice for two years now and I love it. There was a time in 2022 when like all medical practices they were short staffed and communication was slow as some of the reviews report, but that was an anomaly. Dr. Burgert is so knowledgeable about preventive medicine, and the extensive physical exams and bloodwork is way beyond what I had before at my UNC practice.
