Jeff's Repair is seriously the best! I've had multiple issues with my phone over the past three months, and they've been amazing every single time. They covered everything under the warranty with no problems and went above and beyond to help me out each time. The turnaround time is always super fast, and they're just awesome to work with. Highly recommend!
I was having a serious problem with Windows11 which was effecting another software program on my computer. Chris was tireless in sorting out the issue. And a day or so later another issue came up and once again he got right on it and fixed it. I never had to wait and he persisted in making sure I was up and running again. He's reliable, honest and smart. Go there!
I dropped off my desktop to get reformatting and Chris provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to Chris for any future computer and phone questions. I left the store with a feeling of trust.
