I have ordered a mystery box and it was supposed to come on 29 mei 5 days ago they said im gonna get a refund for all the fees i have paid and messaged me already 4times that i need only to wait for my delivery and courier will come after 20 minutes i was not sleepin whole night becuse i was waitin for a courier i asked them where is my order next day they messagesd me on whatsapp that i need to pay another fee of 400 i have paid it and they said i dont need to pay anymore only to wait for delivery i asked IF they are sure i dont need to pay anymore fees they said yes i was waitin next day they said i need to pay another fee i have paid them and asked again IF i dont...read full review

Horrible customer service. I was expecting an overnight live animal delivery and they held the animal up because they claimed it needed vaccination that are required. This was a lie because the animal is a turtle from a breeder in the USA and there are no laws that require vaccination of turtles being shipped in the USA. There are no local or state laws in my area that require it. Then they claimed they could not deliver the animal overnight as promised to the breeder. The animal was put in danger. They way over charged me and the breeder. They are scammers and thieves.
