My daughter was really ill. We had to pick her up from campus after seeing Dr. Hodges to recover at home. Two days later I called back and Dr. Stephanie Hodges was incredibly helpful. She provided expert advice, comprehensive and compassionate care over the phone. Dr. Hodges took time to speak with me about the best way to help my daughter get better. She even helped get her absence from school approved quickly since I was not successful. As a parent, I am grateful to have such a caring physician for my daughter to seek medical advice while she is away at school. I can honestly say, I’m very impressed with the care my daughter received.
I've had overall really positive experiences here dealing with a handful of minor issues. Every provider I've seen - sometimes a doctor, sometimes a PA or NP - has been very kind, gentle, and listened to my concerns without making me feel rushed or otherwise bad. Scheduling is pretty easy (I usually do it by phone, as I've found this yields a quicker response, though online responses are relatively fast also) and I've been seen same-day on more than one occasion.
If I could suggest any improvements.. well, the desk staff by the main door can be a bit brusque. I know they see lots of people daily and are trying to be efficient, but even just a quick greeting would...read full review
Scheduling and communicating w my doc is so easy via the portal and website and I really appreciate that. I’ve had excellent care from all of the P.C. doctors and the phlebotomist is always kind and conversational. I’ve usually felt well-cared for.
