I have used Boer Bros for six years. Initially I called them for a second opinion when another HVAC service company told me I would have to replace my existing system for $12,000. BB discovered that my system was still under warranty and did the paperwork to get me a new condenser.
I just paid for the labor. They are easy to contact, they show up on time and do a great job. I would recommend them without reservation.
Boer Brothers were on time and instead of rushing through the visit, they made sure to check everything thoroughly and helped me understand what was going on with my water heater. It’s always a relief when someone shows up, treats the problem seriously, and communicates well.
First time using this company. Just moved and checked our heating system. My technician was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. Got a detailed report on what he did and how my system is performing. Will see them every six months.
