Netu is phenomenal. I was super nervous about laser hair removal because I'm constantly in the sun. I'm also not a very girly person, so the I was worried the med spa would make me feel awkward and like I didn't belong. Netu immediately made me feel comfortable, we talked through my concerns about burning and started off gentle, then ramped up over time to be more effective.
She also never came across as pushy or sales-y, which I really appreciate. I'd recommend her to anyone, she's awesome and made me feel way more confident and comfortable doing something that I was feeling insecure and nervous about.
Netu and the staff at BodyLase were fabulous. Netu was fun and friendly, understanding, accommodating, and gentle with her injections. I had no side effects. I’ve definitely found my go-to girl and med spa.
BodyLase is such a gem in Chapel Hill! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is kind, professional, and made the entire experience so easy. Booking was simple and convenient, and I love that this is a locally owned business run by women. So happy to have them in our community!
