I talked with Jonathon Neyhart and he was amazing! Apart from the basics I feel that he went above and beyond and even gave me some tips since I was shelling out a good amount of money. He is the best consultant I've had and I've been to various businesses for some of the same services.Updated: 2024 still going here and I prefer this location over all the other ones in my area. Super nice and I always get in and out. Never any hassle! :)

The Durham Ideal Image location is the best in the Triangle!! They are very caring and thorough for laser hair removal. The office staff is very friendly and my provider, Kerissa, was wonderful and ensured the laser was as painless as possible, and gave me great aftercare. Love this locationv the best of all the ones I have been to. :)

I have been a client for over 2 years now. I had a great appointment today with Karissa. Super patient and skillful. I can say after that many visits that is one the best I had. I appreciate her specially because I know it takes time to go at a client's pace so she was for sure very thoughtful and patient. And so kind. The front desk lady was great too!
