I just had the most amazing experience at Blue Bamboo. I am undergoing medical treatment and needed some extra special care and compassion in making a big hair change. For me, my hair was so personal. I am so happy Kelly could walk me through this process with her sensitivity and incredibly caring nature. I love this salon - I go here regularly due to the very skillful stylists, warm environment, and online scheduling. But this appointment was a big one, and it was everything I needed. Thank you, Kelly, and the Blue Bamboo team!!
Alex was awesome. It was my first time. I told her my regular barber just had a kid and needed to find a backup. She made me feel welcomed and help me figure out how my hair should be cut. For guys if you like a barber cut she can do a great job. Friendly environment too. I’ll be back.
I finally gave this Salon a try. My usual experience with stylists has been just soso. Never really happy-- going home an re arranging my do, or hoping it will grow out... This time was different. Alex listened, examined my hair, asked what I would like, ...I have long hair and take good care of it. Alex who looked over my hair carefully, noted it's tendency to curl or wave, and rather than just chopping it off, suggested she'd work with it. I suggested long layers for a fuller look and good flow and she agreed. I noticed a very good touch when she was shampooing and massaging my scalp.
