“This is a shout-out to Kevin, owner of Dewpoint Heating and Cooling. I called with a potentially serious air conditioning issue late Tuesday afternoon. Kevin answered the phone and talked me through an intermediate fix until he could arrive the next morning. Kevin came out the next morning, inspected our unit inside the house and out, and fixed the problem.<br><br>The expense was minimal compared to other HVAC businesses I’ve dealt with before.
