A year ago they installed a split system. Had a leaking problem and they returned once and actually didn’t correct their mistake. Continues to leak so contacted another company. Turns out it wasn’t installed correctly initially. Dewpoint ignored all calls and texts from us. Neglected us, I wouldn’t recommend them.
We were so excited to have Kevin and his crew work installing a new HVAC system and ductwork in our condo. This took place April of 2023. Here we are in Jan 2024, they have not completed the job, will not return text messages or phone calls and of course in April required full payment for the complete job. It is very frustrating and disappointing because Dew Point came highly recommended.
They were going to check their schedule for a service call. Never called back, would not answer call (voicemail full!) … now that is professional. Would not reply to text messages. Bottom line….not trustworthy or dependable!!! May be the best HVAC in town, but when you treat a customer with disrespect by giving no reply or answer they don’t deserve your patronage or time of day. I don’t recommend this company to any one, I would recommend Carteret Heating and Cooling
