This is a shout-out to Kevin, owner of Dewpoint Heating and Cooling. I called with a potentially serious air conditioning issue late Tuesday afternoon. Kevin answered the phone and talked me through an intermediate fix until he could arrive the next morning. Kevin came out the next morning, inspected our unit inside the house and out, and fixed the problem.

The expense was minimal compared to other HVAC businesses I’ve dealt with before. The noticeable difference was he didn’t charge me $60-$100 just to show up and then added expense for time/labor/parts after diagnosing the problem.

Dewpoint could not be more responsive, or nice to deal with. They came to my condo at the beach within 2 hours of placing the call, in July, in the middle of a heat wave, because the AC wasn't cooling (my idea of an emergency!). I highly recommend Dewpoint Heating and Cooling.

Since posting the original review below we have installed a split unit in our owners quarters ... Dewpoint did AN AMAZING job helping us to choose which unit best fit our needs (no upsetting or overselling!) smooth installations AND we enjoyed A/C through out the summer but now switched to heat with the chilly mornings to delightful warmth, quiet heating and just the perfect unit selection for our needs...Thanks Kevin and Crew!! <3
