We were out of hot water for a few days and our home warranty company sent Bill’s to fix it. They changed the heating element, then today the hot water stopped working again, although it was late in the day (called them at 4:30) they were here within 30 minutes change the thermostats in it for me without hesitation. The guys were very friendly and professional. Thank you so much!!!
Bills plumbing service was excellent. I had an emergency situation which they responded to promptly and at a very reasonable price fixed the pipes. They were accommodating, and nice to work with.
I contacted Bill's Plumbing at 10:40 in the morning about a non-urgent issue we were having with our water pressure and also the knobs on our bathtub faucets not working properly (because of a repair we tried to do ourselves). They said they were in the area and came by less than an hour later. They fixed all of of the issues we were having and for a very reasonable price. And to top it off, they were super nice people to deal with which was just icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Bill's and will definitely contact them again if we ever need plumbing work done in the future.
