This is an amazing facility and *such* a great way to support raising a puppy. Every interaction is thoughtful and designed to raise confident, well-adjusted, and happy dogs. The Perfect Puppy package is an amazing value for what you're getting. We started with a personal trainer but actually left half the sessions on the table when we found the Zoom Room and I don't regret it for a second. Not only are we getting excellent training, but the fact that it's in group sessions doubles with socialization. I’ve had a really great experience with Zoom Room in Cary. The instructor I've had classes with does an excellent job helping with individual problems and takes the time to answer questions specific to each puppy and owner. That personal attention has made a big difference for me and my puppy.
The puppy socialization sessions have also been fantastic. It’s been great for my puppy to safely interact with other dogs and build confidence in a structured environment.

We have been very happy with our experience. Our baby male lab loves going to school every weekend. The lessons are easy to digest and we especially love seeing him playing and socializing with other puppies.
