All of the providers have been wonderful and Savannah, our lactation consultant, has been one of the most important team members to us as we became new parents and navigated our breast-feeding journey. She is always a compassionate listener, knowledgeable about the latest research regarding breast-feeding and newborn feeding in general, and we have loved to see her at each visit over the course of our baby’s first year. So I was considering switching Pediatricians ONLY because we moved to FV and its a bit of a hike. We have been going here for about 8 years. Dr. Michael Smith was our OG doctor and he was amazing, but retired. After that, there was an inconsistent amount of Doctors that we would see until I realized we could request one particular doctor. Who would have thought we could pick one? So we did. Doctor Barbara Matthews is Phenomenal. Doctor Lopez and Doctor Austin are amazing. One Doctor that has stood out to us is Doctor Stewart. I cannot thank Western Wake enough. For the past four weeks we have been struggling to find a pediatrician office for our newborn daughter. We began at a larger local chain but transferred care to Western Wake. I cannot speak highly enough of Savannah, their lactation consultant. She thoroughly addressed our concerns. The environment could not be more supportive. She did a weighted feed, a service we had not received at other pediatrics offices. I so badly wish we had been seeing her from the beginning! We met Dr Tarasidis. She took her time to address our questions (even those from obvious rookie parents!) We are so happy with the care we have received! Highly recommend... read full review
