The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional, giving space to browse while checking in to understand what customers are shopping for. Customers had a great experience with super quick and efficient service, and the prices exceeded expectations. The store, located at Fenton Shopping in Cary, NC, has lots of good options and a wide variety of eyewear to choose from.
I wanted to go to the store to be sure that I liked the glasses in-person. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated how welcoming they were to my 3-year-old who was with me. They even gave her a coloring sheet and crayons to keep her happy and busy while I tried on frames. Very easy check-out process with the employee and nice they file insurance for you!
Great service! I have a puppy who ate my glasses this morning. I went in looking for same day glasses which is not available at this location but I also wear contact lenses and the representative was so kind as to give me a pair of lenses to hold me until the glasses arrive.
The frame selection was great and prices are really good!
The staff at Fenton Warby Parker today were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in my search for new eyeglass frames today. My exam was in the same building and it was quick and thorough. I would recommend Warby Parker to all of my family and friends for contacts and glasses. This is my second pair from Warby Parker 💙
