WakeMed Primary Care - Kildaire provides a welcoming experience with a friendly front desk and clean facilities. The doctors, including Dr. Patel, Dr. Reyes, and Dr. Prucha, are thoughtful, kind, and caring towards their patients. The staff is great, and the practice offers convenient telemedicine options. Patients highly recommend this primary care facility for its excellent care and service.
Renewing prescriptions that need pre-authorizations is extremely difficult. My pharmacy has faxed over two requests for scripts. One last week, one Wednesday for the same script. Nothing. I called yesterday and today leaving messages. You never get a live person in the phone nor do you get a call back. I’ve now waited over 10 days for a renewal and there has been no communication from the office. Extremely frustrating and potentially dangerous when you need the med and just run out. This has happened numerous times to me.
I have been going here for a few years and really appreciate my nurse practitioner and all the staff here. The lab has the best phlebotomists ever - no pain and they always get it done quickly.
My fist impression was awesome front desk was very nice it was clean and Dr.Shital Patel is awesome I was lucky to find her she is very thoughtful and kind she care about her patients.
