Everyone is lovely from the folks at check-in to the PTs. It’s one of the few places where you’re only working with PTs (doctors of PT) vs PTAs. The facilities are really nice. I highly recommend it.
I found out about this location when I lived in Cary. Now, I live further out and still travel to Cary for my primary care service needs. Dr. Mannan and her team are phenomenal. I can always find a convenient time for an appointment and if I have any questions or concerns, they are addressed promptly. Refill requests are processed in a timely manner as well. Dr. Man man's bedside manners are excellent. She really takes the time to get to know her patients and understand their needs. The office location is easily accessible and has plenty of parking. Highly recommend this office!
I had a really good experience! The office staff who scheduled my appointment answered all my insurance questions. The nurse who checked me in was very nice. I met with Dr. McCain for a sinus infection and he took plenty of time to discuss treatment for this infection and options to prevent future infections. He took my own opinions and preferences into account, answered all my questions, and even told me that I ask good questions! Thanks to Dr. McCain and the team!
