I came to Ulta yesterday five minutes before closing. I stay an hour away from Ulta. The lady was nice and patient. She allowed me to get the items I needed for my exchange and was friendly the whole time.

Torreca (hope i am spelling her name correctly) was very sweet. I decided to experiment and do my lashes and she helped me pick the cluster lashes to work with. She even suggested a few facial items that i purchased. I love good service and I appreciate that from her. Thanks again!!!

I hadn’t been in this location in a long while due to a bad experience my last encounter years ago.
However so glad I gave them another chance today 6/28/25. My niece wanted her first experience going into an Ulta & the beautiful Julie absolutely lit up her spirit. She was so kind, patient, & helpful. Can’t wait to go in to see her myself. She as well as her manager made the whole thing magical for my sweet girl.
