I can't recommend Paula and Alexis highly enough - they are both awesome at what they do and I am super happy with the results I've gotten from each. I always look forward to my visits, because we've been making steady progress. Paula and Alexis have wonderful energy and are trans-friendly. I'd give their services ten stars if I could!

Alexis has done my treatments for almost a year, and she is truly amazing! From her conversational demeanor to her empathetic “bedside manner”, she makes the process about as enjoyable as it could be. Additionally, and this is important…I’ve never experienced any significant redness and definitely no blistering. The equipment used is state-of-the-art, and infinitely adjustable to make it more comfortable. On the rare occasion that I mention any pain (but most often when she sees it on my face before I say anything), she simply makes a few adjustments to modulate the machine and then continues on.
