Just had my first treatment of laser hair removal and it went great! Dana is very knowledgeable and skilled, which is important of course. I completely trust her expertise; it's clear she knows exactly what she's doing. But almost as importantly, she's also friendly, compassionate, and welcoming. She chatted with me through the whole session, keeping me distracted from the pain and the whole thing felt like it took almost no time at all! I would (and will!) recommend her to anyone wanting to get hair removal done.
