First time visit. Online appointment was easy. I needed advice on a hair style as was not happy with previous cuts. My stylist did an amazing job and I am quite happy with results. I felt a bit spoiled with facial hot towel during wash and shampoo and the shoulder massage tool. All included in the price. Highly recommend!

No wait after scheduling my appointment online, which is how it should be. Scissor cuts with long hair are hit and miss, but this was one of the best haircuts I've gotten. Quick too. They knew what I needed better than I did!
