Kristin is an intuitive and highly skilled Acupuncturist. I have seen many practitioners before and I love how specific she is when she places the needles. No pain at all, but I could feel the energy shifting in my body. She really took the time to listen and hear what I was saying. Amazing results from a true professional! In one visit the pain and weakness in my hand was completely resolved. Kristen also corrected the "golfers elbow" issues I was having and my knee continues to show improvement with reduced swelling and lessening pain. After struggling with hand issues (mobility, pain, tight thumb muscles) that were not helped by traditional medicine, I met with Kristin and within 2 sessions, my grip strength returned and pain was gone….That was a year ago!!….I quickly learned that regular acupuncture sessions with Kristin can help me with neck tension, increasing my focus and energy, sinus pressure, liver detox…. Basically whatever is not working optimally can be helped by opening the energy pathways..simple and painless! I met Kristin at a health fair where they offered free health assessments. At the time I was going through extreme hormonal issues but hadn’t thought much about it due to recent life stressors. When Kristin immediately nailed my issue, I knew I needed to schedule with her. Within three months, she helped bring my cycle from two a month, to a regular monthly cycle, which I have never had…with that brought other areas of improved health. I continued to see Kristin for headaches, hormones, and anxiety and found so much relief, clarity, and increased energy and well being. I even brought my dog in for a chronic cough, which calmed almost immediately after her visit when medicine and veterinarians hadn't helped her in the past.
