I can’t fully explain how much of a hidden gem this spa is! The perfect quiet and intimate retreat. The energy is so welcoming and rejuvenating every time I visit… not to mention the great customer service from everyone who works in guest services. The icing on the cake for me is Anna. I’ve heard of people having magic/healing hands before… but to have a massage with Anna is to fully experience it - in real life. One massage from her and you’ll understand!
Guest services was so thoughtful! When my skin started to peel after my facial, Melissa took the time to call me and provided me with a little sample kit to help with the reaction. The spa itself is so nice and have gone back a few times now.
My best friend and I had an amazing 4 hours of relaxation at Spa Retreat Cary! Amazing hospitality from the staff and great services performed by JoJo, Samantha, Chloe, Rebecca, and Kirsten! Thank you so much for some much needed relaxation!
