My first float at True Rest Cary was in 2020. From the beginning, floating has brought me such great mental and physical relaxation. This is my first visit. I am not a swimmer, and I’m not a very good floater, yet.! But I did sit and meditate and somewhat did float partially to the music, the surroundings, the water temperature, the professional staff was helpful certainly was a great experience. Something that I want to do again! Everything in there smelled really good and was smelling very clean!
