If you have never done a float. Come do it. I was gifted 2 of them. I was able to do both with in a week apart. Play an hour of your most positive vibe tunes something that takes you to a place that makes you realize its time to slow down, be easy. I played tool Enema first to help me shed away all my stress and bullshit, that knots up your body and your soul.
Be kind to yourself. Take the time to just be.

Had my first soak and it was amazing! Along with being very clean the staff were very polite and helpful! Love that you're not rushed out the door after an appt!! Theres another room to finish up with qtips, lotion, and more; to include blow dryers (++ diffuser too for us curly girls ++) The oxygen bar was pleasant and relaxing. Considering how long you're there and the overall experience its a great price!
Word of advice, don't go on an empty stomach. You become very aware of your body in float and you will feel it during and after. Will definitely be back!
