I can honestly say this was the best perm experience I have ever had. I’ve been coming to Yoo-K Hair for years, and there is a reason I keep coming back.
The process was incredibly gentle and detailed. She goes the extra mile to protect you, using a face shield, headband, and hair wrap so that absolutely nothing irritates your skin or face. If you need a good hairstylist, make your appointment with Hair by Elba. Best Dominican blowout in town, when trimming your hair, she cuts exactly what you asked and doesn't burn your hair. Your hair will feel loved!
