My review is for the online product store. I received the best customer service from this business, and I only wish I live closer to them to book services. The product that I ordered was out of stock, but the business kept me informed and mail it as soon as they received it.
I cannot recommend this Spa enough. I have been going here for nearly 10 years and have received nothing short of excellent service. I have had many services with Betty and one of my favorite is the Dermaplane with Deluxe Facial. She is very attentive, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She enjoys seeing her customers satisfied with their service. Betty comes with the highest of recommendations.
When my daughter came to, she had severe allergies and the products that dermatologists prescribed to her didn’t work. On the first visit, Betty, from Roman skin care, looked at my daughter’s skin and started trying products that helped her face heal. Since then, we have been return customers and my daughter’s skin to become in good condition. She also provides great service!
